Spent the day at Central Park with Andrew and then made a random trip to The Met.
Saturday, November 9
Just to step out of the apartment, I went to the Hudson and walked along west side highway to get some fresh air. It was so cold, but worth it. I wish I went out a little earlier to see the sunset, but gorgeous none the less.
Tuesday, November 13
Surprise Brooklyn Nets game with my co-worker Laura from work
Sunday, November 3
Apple picking!! Apples everywhere and I couldn’t be happier! We got to pick them and eat so many apples and try homemade apple pie along with a apple cinnamon donut. I am in heaven.
Road trip to New Hampshire with Georgi, Rob, and Tim. New Hampshire is gorgeous and I really couldn’t wait to really just see the fall leaves in the rural area of New England. Clam Chowder and oysters while going from restaurant to restaurant was delicious and guilt free. I needed a weekend like this.
Wednesday, October 31
Ice luge at work and a night out with some of my favorite people, Halloween was a success.
Urbanathalon. We won first place!!
After a 10 mile relay race that involved running up stairs at Arthur Ashe stadium and Citi Field, also climbing over walls and under walls and going over lots and lots of barriers, my team won for our Agency! We get to choose a charity of our choice to donate a full page print ad in Men’s Health Magazine. I must say, we won because the two guys I ran with are incredibly fast.. but we still made it 2 minutes faster than the next group. We were first Agency overall out of 30-something teams and second overall out of 60 something co-ed teams.
Trying to artsy fartsy. I think i succeeded.
October 4 - 7
Weekend with some amazing people! I love visitors. Justin, Robyn, and Michele came to visit for a long weekend. It was Justin’s first time here and it was great because they all trusted my planning and just went with the flow. We even hung out with some of my east coast friends and went bar hoping. The weekend could not have been better.. like for reals!
